Individual Search/Alias

  • When searching for an individual first search for a full name, but avoid using middle names or titles.
  • Search: ‘David Rose’
  • If you do not get any results then search ‘David’
  • If you do not get any results then search ‘Rose’
  • Do not search: ‘Mr David Rose‘ or ‘David Ben Rose

Company Name Search

  • When searching company name, search for the full name. but avoid adding the type of company such as Ltd or Limited

First Line of Address

  • When searching the first line of an address, avoid using generic terms such as ‘road’, ‘street’, ‘lane’ or ‘avenue’.
  • If you are looking for 77 Gordon Road, search ’77 Gordon’ or ‘Gordon‘.

Post/Zip Code Search

  • When searching for a post/zip code firstly search the whole post/zip code
  • If you do not get any results then search the first part of the post/zip code
  • Search: ‘W1D 5EU
  • If you do not get any results then search ‘W1D

Email Address Search

  • When searching for a email address search the address is full
  • Search ‘help@antidolus.co.uk

IP Address Search

  • When searching for a IP address search the address is full
  • Search ‘86.164.70.18

Telephone Number Search

  • When searching for a telephone number use digits only and do not leave any spaces, also avoid using a country code

  • Do not search 0203615617 or 447905111111

Reference Number

  • When searching for a reference number, this is likely to be your own companies reference number therefore search the number in full.

Policy Number

  • When searching for a policy number, this is likely to be your own companies reference number therefore search the number in full.
