Creditsafe reports can be accessed via external sources available in the left hand side bar.
If you do not have access to external data sources please contact your administrator.
Once you are on the creditsafe page, you can search for the company you are looking for, but to download a report you need to purchase Creditsafe credits, this can be done by selecting the purchase credits link.
Purchasing Credits
- We have a selection of credit packs available
- Once purchased the credits expire after 1 year
- Following a purchase you will be sent a receipt to the email address provided
Company Search
- One credit is used for every download
- A credit is not used when a search is carried out
To carry out a search you must select a country and then one of either:
- Company Name
- Companies House/Registration Number
- Post/Zip Code
If you are unable to find the company you are looking for please contact your administrator.
We recommend you search for a full company name to find your match.
Downloading
- When downloading a report please allow up to 30 seconds for the report to download
- Do not repeatedly select download as you will be charged a download credit every time download is selected
