Individual Search

  • When searching for an individual first search for a full name, but avoid using middle names or titles.
  • Search: ‘David Rose‘
  • If you do not get any results then search ‘David‘
  • If you do not get any results then search ‘Rose‘
  • Do not search: ‘Mr David Rose‘ or ‘David Ben Rose‘

Post/Zip Code Search

  • When searching for a post/zip code firstly search the whole post/zip code
  • If you do not get any results then search the first part of the post/zip code
  • Search: ‘W1D 5EU‘
  • If you do not get any results then search ‘W1D‘

Email Address Search

  • When searching for a email address search the address is full
  • Search ‘help@antidolus.co.uk‘

IP Address Search

  • When searching for a IP address search the address is full
  • Search ‘86.164.70.18‘

Payment Card Search

  • When searching for Payment search the first 6 digit alone or the first 6 digits + the last 4 digits
  • Search ‘445566‘ or ‘445566 2222‘ 
  • Do not search ‘44556611112222‘

Telephone Number Search

  • When searching for a telephone number use digits only and do not leave any spaces, also avoid using a country code
  • Search ‘203615617‘ or ‘7905111111‘
  • Do not search ‘0203615617‘ or ‘447905111111‘ 
Results

Make use of the following filters to refine your results:

On top of your search results

  • Post/Zip code
  • Email Address
  • Telephone Number
  • IP Address
  • Payment Card

Left hand side bar

  • Refine your search (the search within your search)
  • How booked
  • Order type

to gain further insight into the record found click on the full details icon

if you have any questions about the record found click on the assistance required icon

If no results were found, make sure you are searching the correct ‘Search Area’  or try searching for other ‘Search Terms’.

Check a payment card

When checking a payment card, in the left hand side bar users will be provided with the following information:

  • Card brand
  • Issuing Bank
  • Card Type
  • ISO country code
  • ISO country name
Check an IP Address

When checking an IP address, in the left hand side bar users will be provided with the following information:

  •  IP Address country*
* please note fraudsters are able to manipulate/disguise their IP address
